Why is my cat always sleeping?
This can often be because your cat's bored and needs someone to play with. Cats sleep 12 to 16 hour per day, most of which is done through daylight hours. However if they're sleeping more than normal it may be a sign of feline depression. Other causes may be that your cat is eating a heavy diet and may be overweight making them lethargic. They may also be lacking enough vitamins in their diet. And of course, if you're cat's getting old, they may be sleeping longer and that's not a problem.
